OUR SERVICES

Evidence-based, holistic approach to breastfeeding, sleep and infant care.

Grounded in neurodevelopmental research and cued care, to support families with practical, informed guidance tailored to their unique needs.

About Our Sleep Support

Our approach to sleep support is grounded in the research and clinical experience of Dr Pamela Douglas. We work with your little one’s natural sleep biology.

Infant and toddler sleep is a biological process, influenced by development, a baby’s health and wellbeing, sensory-motor needs, feeding, paternal wellbeing, and the role of our body clock and sleep pressure. Our role is to help you understand these processes, make sense of your little one’s unique sleep needs, and find ways to support sleep that work with their biology and your family’s needs.

We provide evidence-based sleep support without sleep training. Our approach is responsive and connection driven, with no controlled crying, cry-it-out or other behavioural sleep-training techniques. Instead, we help you take the pressure off sleep, understand the variability of infant sleep needs, and explore practical ways to support your little one’s sleep.

We support families from the newborn period through to toddlerhood (generally around 3 years), with a focus on protecting your little one’s neurodevelopment while supporting the mental wellbeing of your whole family.
